ICE SCULPTURES SOLO TEAM
The Waupun Ice Sculptures Solo Team is a group of figure skaters that participate in Figure Skating Competitions around the state of Wisconsin and surrounding states.
Members compete individually, or in a duet, but support one another as a Team year-round.
The team is made up of skaters of all ages, all skill levels, and is open to skaters from any club.
We have 18 skaters on our team this season!
We have participated in competitions in Pleasant Prairie, West Bend, Appleton / Fox Cities, Escanaba MI, Sheboygan, Delafield, Mosinee (Badger State Games), McFarland, Fond du Lac, Beaver Dam, and Waupun.
We are expanding and are having skaters participate in the Excel Series this season!

STATE GAMES OF AMERICA 2026 HERE WE COME!
8 Team members who competed at Badger State Games in 2025 and 2026 have qualified to compete at the State Games of America!
If we can raise enough funds we hope to travel to Pennsylvania in July to have these skaters compete at the State Games of America!

For each Team Sponsorship acquired by a skater, their Solo Team fees will be reduced by $25!
FUNDRAISING
Fundraising for Solo Team starts prior to the start of the season and may include: Raffles, Bingo Nights, Special Public Skate events, Bake Sales, Brat Fry's, 50/50 sales, etc..
There is a $250 buyout option.

- 50% off the cost of a new Team Jacket (if needing a new size)
- Once weekly, 1 hour Team Class

- Up to 2 cuts of music

- Other perks depending on the success of summer fundraising
Members from other clubs will need to purchase an Associate Membership ($150) which will give you unlimited Open Ice time and other club benefits such as the ability to participate in our Holiday Exhibition (Cookie Walk) and the annual Ice Show (Our Team has a number in the Ice Show).
NEW MEMBERS
$400 - includes:
- Team Transpack
- Team Jacket

You are responsible for the cost of:

- Club membership fees
- Associate membership fees
- Other Class Fees
- Coach fees at competitions (Solo Team fundraising has been able to cover this cost the last few seasons)
- Team Ice Show Fee (Solo Team fundraising has been able to cover this cost the last few seasons)
- Waupun Competition Fee (Solo Team fundraising has been able to cover this cost the last few seasons)
If your skater is in Basic 4 and above, they will be required to take at least one specialty class (Jumps / Spins, Moves, Power, Art on the Edge, etc.) - these classes can be taken at our club or at another club.
